General Information

Elvari Korut Ltd is based in Finland. Finnish tax.reg. 2506699-7. We deliver our products globally.

All prices include 24% VAT. Right to adjust pricing and postage fees reserved.

Postage fees

Finland €2.80
Global €3.80

We deliver our goods via postal service to the address given in the order. In case of the receiver is a third party, pricing information will be given to that party. We send out goods on a daily basis Mon-Fri.

Payment

At Checkout you can choose the method of paying out of the following:

- Immediate bank trasfer via Nordea, OP, Aktia, Sampo, DanskeBank, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Tapiola or Ålansbanken.
- Invoice or hire purchase via Everyday.fi and Collector
- Credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard
- PayPal

Receipt

We will include a delivery slip on each purchase. This delivery slip substitutes as a receipt. Once we receive your order, you will also get a receipt to the e-mail address you have given.

Return policy and refunds

In case you are not satisfied with the product you can return it un-used and un-opened back to us within 14 days. Intact goods must be returned in a cardboard box, not an envelope, in order to avoid damage.

No returns or refunds for sale items.

We will not refund products that have been tried on or used for hygienic reasons.

Refund will be paid on your bank account, so please, write it down together with your contact
information on your delivery slip and send the slip back to us with the product. The refund will be
paid within 2 – 5 working days once we have received the product and delivery slip with the additional information mentioned above.

Force Majeure

We cannot be held responsible for possible delays or possible damage due to delays in case of force majeure such as extreme weather, strikes, etc. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any addiotional fees, taxes ar delays due to possible customs process on international parcels and deliveries.
